 PULASKI, NY 鈥?At approximately 9:15 a.m. to stanley cupe day  Feb. 8 , members of the Oswego County Sheriffs Office were called to investigate a report of a domestic dispute at 4930 N. Jefferson St.,聽 apartment  6,聽 in the village of Pulaski.The dispute was between a mother and son, 57-year-old Melanie A.
