 In an effort to mitigate multiple moves for some new Milton elementary school students, the Halton District School Board has developed a temporary redirection strategy for September 2022.The plan means that students within the boundary for Milton SW  12 elementary school, scheduled to open in 2023, will attend Milton SW  11 school beginning next fall when that school opens, instead of being dispersed among several schools.The redirection will remain in place until the new Milton  12 school is built. The board recently received approval from the Ministry of Education to begin construction.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                         In meantime we have 500 students that are potentially being hous stanley cups ed in other schools in Milton as well as newcomers moving to what is known as the Milton  12 boundary. We are redirecting those students to go to Milton  11.
