 Halton Public Health is reporting 17 new COVID-19 cases on Friday  Sept. 17 , down from 24 the previous day.Health officials confirmed nine more cases of COVID-19 in Burlington, six in Milton, and one each in Oakville and Halton Hil stanley quencher ls.
