 Bramptons integrity commissioner has issued her report on a complaint filed by Rebel News alleging Mayor Patrick Brown was in violation of the conduct code after being caught without a mask in a skating rink last August.Integrity commissioner  IC  Muneeza Sheikh reported her findings to city council on Feb. 17, ruling Brown did not violate the code of conduct.The complaint was filed on Aug. 12 after one of the publication   reporters聽confronted and filmed Brown not wearing a mask at Earnsc stanley cup liffe Recreation Centre.
