A Pennellville man was hit by two vehicles as he tried to walk across an interstate highway in Cicero Thursday night, State Police say.According to police, Michael G. Moore, 53, was walking across Route 81s northbound lanes in Cicero at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday.He was hit by a pickup truck driven by聽Wade Czajkowski, 39, of Calcium. 聽Behind Czajkowskis vehicle was a car driven by Amanda Card, 32, of Central Square. 聽Police say she swerved, but could not avoid hitting Moore as he lay on the highway.Moore was taken to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. 聽He was initially listed in critical condition.Police
