 Severe storms and possible tornadoes are forecast to affect millions of people across the U.S. Midwest this week.The National Weather Service s Storm Prediction Center said Monday thunderstorms could start in Kansas and Nebraska, which could see hail and flash floods and the possibility of strong tornadoes.Conditions are right to  favor very large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes,  the agency said in its Monday evening report.Sup stanley tumblers ercells are expected over the Plains states, which the Storm Prediction Center says will increase the risk of tornadoes and hail.Tornado watches were in effect until 3 a.m. Central Time for portions of Western and central Kansas, South central Nebraska, Northwest Oklahoma and the eastern Oklahoma Panhandle and the northeast Texas Panhandle.By Tuesday the storms will have reached the Mississippi Valley, Great Lakes and Ohio Valley, where forecasters warn significant hail could fall. Tornadoes may also be a risk.  Authorities in Nevada say they arrested a man in Las Vegas after human remains were found in a vehicle he was driving.Las Vegas police said they attempted to pull over Eric Holl stanley tumbler and  stanley thermobecher on Dec. 23, but he fled the scene, ditching the truck he was driving and taking off in another.Officers were able to track Holland down at an apartment complex and arrest him.The department said both trucks were reported stolen, and in the bed of one of the trucks, they discovered the human remains.Police say they found human remains in a truck last week after arresting a suspect who fled from a traffic stop.Holland has now been charged with homicide, police said.The department has not released the name of the victim nor the cause o stanley cup f death.
