RACINE, Wis. 鈥?Racine police said a 14-year-old boy has died after he was shot in the head on Sunday. Police said in a statement the shooting happened just after 10 p.m. in the area of Racine Street and De Koven Avenue.Police said the victim and another person were inside a stolen vehicle when they got into an argument with people in another vehicle. Shots were fired several blocks east on 18th Street and the 14-year-old was hit and injured. The teen was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he later died.
