RACINE - A 10-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy drowned in Lake Michigan in Racine over the weekend, the Racine County Sheriff s Office reported Monday.TMJ4 News crews also saw a third person being pulled from the waters Monday afternoon. Law enforcement have not released information on that
