 MILWAUKEE -- Disciplinary charges have officially been filed against MPD Officer Michael Mattioli connected to the death of Joel Acevedo in April. The Fire and Police Commission referred the charges Friday. The charges listed include  potential violation of Code of Conduct as it relates to Integrity, Respect and Violation of MPD SOP 450.65 B  1 -Fire and Police Commission Investigations,  according to a news release.In the news release, the commission says the charges were filed along with a referral for a disciplinary trial.
