Fows Bangladesh: Anger grows over lynching of boy as suspect confesses
Outcome of the recently held constituent assembly poll in Nepal has dealt a big blow to Maoists, the countrys biggest party.         HT Image       The final seat tally isnt out yet, but with just 15% of votes, Unified Communist Party of Nepal  Maoist  party has been reduced to around 80 seats in the 601-member constituent assembly. Even party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda suffered a humilia stanley cup ting loss in Kathmandu, but managed stanley cup  to save face by winning from Siraha. Five years ago it surprised many by emerging as the biggest party in the constituent assembly election that was to draft a new constitution. The victory, less than two years after they gave up arms  ending a 10 year long civil war that claimed over 13,000 lives  and joining political mainstream, was seen as an event that could usher in a New Nepal. But while free condoms and brochures on stanley cup  prevention and awareness were the norm, more than a few exhibitors decided on a new approach. Visitors were queuing up for a copy of The Adventures of Methadone Man and Buprenorphine Babe, a free T-shirt, or a picture with the two superheroes. Major signs urging visitors to  Condomize  were spelt out in variously coloured condoms. An
