Reuters     In the clip, Johnson told a conference in Rome last week it was a  tragedy  that politicians in the region were  twisting and abusing religion  to advance their political objectives.   Such public criticism of British ally Saudi Arabia was seen by some commentators as a diplomatic blunder by Johnson, who has been in the job less than six months. His comments, filmed and posted on the Guardians website, came as British Prime Minister Theresa May returned from a summit in Bahrain where she pledged to strengthen ties with Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia.  There are politicians who are twisting and abusing religion and dif stanley cup ferent strains of the same religion in order to further their own political objectives,  Johnson told the Med 2 conference.  Thats one of the biggest political problems in the whole region. And the tragedy for me - and thats why you have these proxy wars being fought the whole time in that area - is that theres not strong enough leadership in the countries themselves.  Johnson said there were  not enough big characters  willing to  reach out beyond their Sunni or Sh stanley cup ia  group.  Thats why youve got the Saudis, Iran, everybody, moving in an Ymde At least 9 killed in suicide bomb blast in Baghdad

The two-year-old dispute turned on duties imposed by the United States on imports of Chinese steel pipes, off-road tyres and woven sacks. The panel did back some Chinese complaints and called on the U stanley cup nited States to bring its measures in line with WTO rules where they breached them.           Read breaking news, latest...  See more   Read breaking news, latest updates from US, UK, Pakistan and other countries across the world on topics related to US Election Live, politics, crime, and national affairs.    News / World News / China to examine, may appeal WTO ruling on US duties case      .freemium-card h4color: fff; padding-bottom:20px; .freemium-card .freemium-content .subcTxtpadding-bottom:16px; color: fff; .freemium-card .freemium-contentwidth: auto; max-width: inherit; .
