The coronavirus pandemic has put a damper on whats supposed to be a busy season for garden centres and farms across Milton, while the closure of public facilities 鈥?in response to the provinces emergency orders 鈥?has left green thumbs with no access to community garden plots.The experience for some has been one of struggle.The Wildhagen Greenhouses at Milburough Line, which has been serving the community for 50 years, has seen business partners and stores cancelling their large wholesale orders.
