EDMONTON鈥擳he number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 stemming from Edmontons largest emergency homeless shelter has more than doubled since an outbreak was declared on Sept. 22.Alberta Health Services said Wednesday a total of 15 cases have been linked to the Hope Mission emergency shelter in downtown Edmonton, the first outbreak reported in the citys homeless community.
