 Ghana Smart Cities Project: Celltel granted authorisation by the NCA to commence projectThe National Communications Authority  NCA  has granted full nationwide authorization to Celltel, a wholly-owned Ghanaian company, to roll out a US$300 million Ghana Smart Cities Project.The substantive authorization makes聽Celltel聽an Internet and Public Data Service Provider and comes after a provisional authorization earlier in the year.In terms of scope, the NCA said,  Celltel Networks Limited whose shareholder is Kludjeson International Limited, is authorized to use 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz b stanley kaffeebecher ands nationwide and VSAT botella stanley  Network Class 3  1-49 terminals  nationwide to provide access to its clients.  When Maha Akhtar tried to renew her British passport while studying in Spain, she discovered that she is the granddaughter of an Indian Maharaja  her mother had not been open about her father.Her family story could become a Hollywood film and while Akhtar has not completely got over the shock she has written a book to tell her side.Akhtar was taken aback when her request for a birth certificate, needed to complete her passport application, was turned down.
