stanley us wo-day trial, a Franklin County jury found 59-year old Jeffrey Scott Turner, of Lancaster, guilty of seeking sex with a minor. Attorney General Andy Beshear says Turner will be sentenced to 3-years in prison and must complete sex offender treatment before his release. He will also be required to be on the sex offender registry for 20-years, according to Beshear.Last year, the attorney general Cyber Crimes Unit launched a three-week investigation aimed at Turner online activity.
