 UPDATE: Police make arrest in fatal parking garage shooting in FrankfortSeptember 4, 2019 Al Greenfield, UPDATE:  09/04/19, 11:37 a.m.   The Franklin County Coroners Office has positively identified the victim in Wednesday morning   fatal shooting at 24-year-old Coty Lee Brumback, of Frankfort. The coroner says Brumback was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at 2:17 a.m. at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. An autopsy is schedule for Wednesday. FRANKFORT, Ky.  WTVQ   The Frankfo stanley cup rt Police Department says a suspect is in custody in connection to a fatal shooting Wednesday morning.The suspect, 40-year-old  stanley cup Antonio Bolling, has been charged with murder, according to police.Bolling is accused of shooting a man at th stanley shop e parking garage off St. Clair Street just before 12:30 a.m.Police responded to a call of shots fired and arrived to find a man on the second floor of the parking garage with a gunshot wound.He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Phil Murphy will end a statewide mask mandate to protect against COVID-19 in schools and child care centers, his office said Monday.The requirement goes into effect March 7 and comes as New Jerseys caseload drops after an spike around the holidays fueled by the omicron variant.The governor is expected to announce the development at a news conference Monday when he is set to also answer questions.
