Two top executives at Indonesian carrier Citilink have tendered their resignations, after a video of one of its pilots allegedly showing up for work drunk went viral.The airlines chief executive Albert Burhan and its operations director Hadinoto Soedigno resigned on 30 December, taking responsibility for the incident.A Garuda Indonesia spokeswoman, however, tells FlightGlobal that the resignations must first be approved by the companys board.
