Halton Region is not moving to the Orange zone of the COVID-19 framework anytime soon.The Ontario government announced Friday afternoon March 19 that several other regions are moving to new levels, but Halton will remain in the Red Control zone of the framework.The Red Control zone is designated for regions having a weekly incidence rate of 40 per 100,000 or more and a positivity rate of 2.5 per cent or higher.
