Halton health officials are reporting nearly 130 new cases of the novel coronavirus and two additional deaths Thursday Jan. 7 .According to the latest data from the health unit, there are 46 new COVID-19 cases in Burlington, 42 in Milton, 31 in Oakville, and nine in Halton Hills, bringing the total Halton cases to 6,707 with 5,782 considered resolved.There are now 796 active COVID-19 cases in Halton.
