 Kolkata: West Bengal Health Department on Saturday announced the withdrawal of earlier notification to transfer 42 doctors associated with state-run medical colleges and hospitals amid huge protests by the medical fraternity across the country.   Announcing the decision to withdraw the transfer notification, Health Secretary Narayan Swarup Nigam told media persons that the transfer order had no connection  stanley website with the ongoing protests over the rape and murder of a woman junior doctor at state-run R.G.
