MILWAUKEE 鈥?A man was shot and killed near 12th and Chambers in Milwaukee on Monday.According to Milwaukee Police Department, a
vaso stanley 40-year-old man died from his injuries at the scene around 5:30 p.m. Police are investigating what led up to the shooting and are seeking an unknown suspect. Within that same hour and a half, three other people were shot and injured in separate incidents. A 19-year-old man was shot near 35th and Lloyd at 5:24 p.m., a 35-year-old man was injured near 84th and Bender at 6:24 p.m., and a 15-year-old boy was shot at 6:43 p.m. near 13th and Columbia. As of Monday, MPD s crime data shows non-fatal shootings are up 3% so far this year compared to this time last year. To date, there have been 422 non-fatal shootings in Milwaukee in 2023. At the same time last year, there were 411.
