I’ve been curious to hear if anyone else here has had experience with custom rigid boxes. I recently ordered some for a small project of mine (needed something sturdier than the usual folding cartons), and I was honestly surprised at how solid they feel. They definitely give off that “premium” vibe, even though I only got a small batch.
The main reason I went with
rigid boxes was that I wanted packaging that people might actually keep instead of tossing right away. I’ve seen some brands use them almost like a display piece, and I figured, why not try? It cost a bit more than regular packaging, but I feel like the presentation value made it worth it.
The only thing I’m not sure about is whether it’s practical to use them consistently if you’re shipping a lot, since they do take up more space and weight.
Has anyone here used rigid boxes for products long-term? Do they really help with branding, or is it more of a “special occasion” type of packaging? Would love to hear your thoughts.
