Although the game's replayability is emphasized more than usual, it doesn't take too long to finish

Black Ops 7 is a short game. The co-op game probably lasts 5-6 hours. But there's a twist that could extend it to infinity. Sort of. Below I will explain in more detail what all that means.
How long is BO7
The main story shouldn't take you more than six hours. The Black Ops 7 missions list has a good number of levels, but not much to keep you interested. You can extend the time by collecting collectibles and Intel, but this is realistically what you can expect.

The higher times may be a stretch, since you will have to put in a lot of effort to keep it going. After you complete the storyline, you unlock Endgame. This is technically a never-ending game. This is a PvE-only mode that consists of four-man squad matches with 32 players lasting up to fifty minutes. As you level up your character, you can take on increasingly challenging areas and challenges. This means you can play Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 as long as you wish.
Zombies, too, is refined. Ashes of the Damned serves as a good introduction for Black Ops 7’s take on the eccentric Horde mode. (With many updates in the works for this particular mode). Mechanically it's a boosted-up version Black Ops 2's Tranzit, featuring a large figure-8 map with an upgradeable truck named Ol' Tessie, which you drive through the winding streets of the arcane Dark Aether. The increased freedom, scale, and control make this mode one you could easily get lost in. I only say this as a compliment. The game can go horribly wrong, but it's also a lot of fun. It is best played with friends.
Black Ops 7 has a new feature that is unique to Call of Duty games: a global progression. You can earn career and weapons XP as you complete challenges from the co-op, Endgame, multiplayer or Zombies. It sounds good on paper to reward players for their efforts, no matter which game they're playing. But in practice, it has a homogenizing impact that is not pleasant.
I initially liked that I could use weapons in other modes to level them up, even if I didn't normally play multiplayer. In multiplayer I don't want to use the MK78 light machine, but Ramboing it in Zombies allows me to unlock all its attachments. The campaign starts to look the same when Warzone's armor plating, zombies and shuffling enemies are introduced. It's more like the game is afraid I will lose interest. They are constantly throwing things at me, rather than offering anything unique.
Call of Duty Black Ops 7 boasts the largest Black Ops ever, and a wide range of modes to enjoy with friends. However, it is rarely played alone. Black Ops 7's bizarre campaign makes it the most bizarre Call of Duty yet.
While I applaud the Treyarch, Raven and eight other Activision Studio's for trying this new approach, I don't agree with many of the design choices. While it's exciting to push the boundaries of what Call of Duty games can be, there are some things that could use a safer approach. Bigger, after all, doesn't always mean better.
