stanley de . Such analysis will help the State to determine which properties are critical to the States mission and which can be returned to its highest and best use by the private sector. The State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management division in the Department of General Services developed this map in partnership with the Tennessee State GIS Office in the Department of Finance and Administration and the Office of the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. The biggest thing and what has saved us the most money was changing our lighting from metal halide lighting to T8 fluorescent bulbs. We saw savings immediately from making that switch. We are also recycling cardboard, paper and plastics and weve found ways to reduce the amount of water being used in our agricultural practices. We have cardboard in all Montgomery County locations and are incorporating the other conservation initiatives into the other stores.
