I've been thinking about upgrading my GPU for a while now, and I finally took the plunge last week. The performance boost has been absolutely incredible - games that were stuttering at 40fps now run smoothly at 60+fps with all settings maxed out. I'm honestly kicking myself for waiting so long, because the difference is night and day. If anyone else has been on the fence about upgrading, I'd say it's definitely worth it if you can afford it. Just make sure you check your power supply before you buy, because I almost made that mistake myself.
