Two things started happening around the same time on my 2015 Wrangler and I cant tell if they are related or just coincidence. The steering wheel doesnt straighten itself out after a turn the way it used to, I have to kinda guide it back, and there is a faint whine when I am parking and turning at low speed. No leaks on the driveway that I can see and the fluid level looks fine, so I am torn between it being the pump or something in the steering gear. Someone linked me to

Has anyone had the no return to center thing and what was the actual cause? I dont want to start with the most expensive part first.
