 ROELAND PARK, Kan 鈥?Roeland Park is now the first city in the Kansas City area to enter a city-wide contract with Ripple Glass. The glass recycling service kicked off the first week of January with 2,900 homes in Roeland Park taking part. As of Wednesday, three tons of glass have been collected.  We ran a six-month pilot program at the end of 2021 and 2022, just to see what the setup rate would be and how much weight we would get from the drop-offs,  said Piercyn Charbonneau, commercial program coordinator for Ripple Glass.  We ended up at about a 44% set out rate, which is really good stanley water bottle  and what we needed to see.  KANSAS CITY, Mo. 鈥?A fire overnight in Kansas City, Missouri, that injured 15 people, including nine children, is now part of a criminal investigation.A spokesperson for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms confirmed investigators determined the fire had been intentionally set.Fire crews were called to an apartment building near E. 42nd St stanley cups reet and Pittman Road around 12:30 a.m. Friday on the fire.Firefighters said some residents had to jump to safety as a portion of the fire had already moved to the hallways and stairwells of the apartment building.
