stanley becher n is dead after falling over the concrete median after a crash involving four vehicles at around 5:42 a.m. Wednesday morning on northbound Interstate 435.The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says a black Toyota was traveling north at approximately 30 mph in a 65 mph zone on the interstate, just south of Front Street. A white Chevrolet Silverado approached from behind the Toyota and switched lanes. The Toyota then switched lanes in front of the Chevrolet, and was struck

The driver of the Ford, identified as Duane Lipe, 54, was pronounced dead at the scene.
