Toronto housing market could be shifting to favour sellers as home sales growth outpaces listings growth, the Toronto Real Estate Board said Wednesday.There were 9,989 sales in May, up 18.9 per cent from the 15-year low for the month hit last year, while listings grew by only 0.8 per cent to 19,386.The increase in May follows a 16.8 per cent jump in year-over-year sales in April. TRENTON 鈥?Canadian health officials have announced that one of the Canadian passengers from the Grand Princess cruise ship has tested positive for COVID-19 while in quarantine at Canadian Forces Base CFB Trenton.The announcement was made at a press conference held at Quinte West City Hall in Trenton, Ont., on March 11.The news comes just one day after 228 Canadians were repatriated from the luxury liner that was docked off the west coast of the U.S. Sharing the news was the Public Health Agency of Canadas Karen Walton. She explained the case had been identified in the initial screening and medical assessments conducted as passengers arrived at CFB Trenton.
