Upon arrival, FDLPD Officers located a 51-year-old female Fond du Lac resident who was found deceased inside her residence.FDLPD Detectives responded to the scene. The investigation into the circumstances that led up to the death of the 51-year-old female is active and ongoing at this time. The Fond du Lac Medical Examiners Office will perform an autopsy on the victim to determine the exact cause and manner of death. The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time, pending family notification

stanley quencher ians playing at PridetoberFest, to be held Oct. 8 and 9 at Henry Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee.Pridefest had to be canceled this summer over COVID-19 concerns. So Milwaukee Pride decided to come up with a version of the festival in the fall, when it is presumed more people will be vaccinated against COVID-19.Musicians playing the festival include some big names, including Jaida Essence Hall, GGOOLLDD and Big Freedia.Organizers said in July that PridetoberFest will be a scaled back version of the popular LGBT festival. It will cover the area from PrideFest s dance pavilion to Miller Stage. They hope to see 15,000 and 20,000 over the two-day festival.Milwaukee Pride will be requiring either proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event, just as Summerfest
