 Bengaluru: The Karnataka Cabinet on Friday gave its nod for amending the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement  KTPP  Act aimed at providing 4 per cent reservation in tenders to Muslim contractors, official sources said.   The Cabinet also approved the Karnataka Gram Swaraj and Panchayat Raj  Amendment  Bill, which seeks to provide B ; khatas to all unauthorised rural properties, similar to the exercise being carried out in urban areas.  New Delhi: As many as 266 Indian fishermen are languishing in foreign jails, the government on Tuesday said, adding that efforts are being made to secure their early release.   In a written reply to the Lok Sabha, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Pa stanley es rshottam Rupala said, As per the information available with the Ministry of External Affairs, there are 266 Indian fishermen languishing in foreign jails.
