 A complaint report from Peterboroughs integrity commissioner says the citys chief administrative officer, Sandra Clancy, alleged Mayor Diane Therrien wrongly pressured her into an early retirement.According to the complaint,  in a series of events culminating on Feb. 12, the Respondent  Therrien  pressured the Complainant  Clancy , and wrongly claimed to speak for Council, in an attempt to get the Complainant to retire earlier than she had otherwise planned.
